New paper from the lab published in Cancer Letters!

The Cancer Letters paper published by lab member Gayatri Premasekharan reports on an an improved CTC isolation scheme that increases the purity of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) . The higher purity enabled the CTCs to be compatible with various downstream genomic analyses across different tumor types (prostate, lung and pancreatic cancer).
