Rachel Selekman, MD, 5th year resident with UCSF Urology and colleagues won Best Poster at the American Urologic Association 2015 annual meeting (AUA15) for the Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia: Evaluation and Symptoms session.
Selekman, a member of Dr. Benjamin Breyer’s research team, co-authored the poster with Catherine R. Harris, MD; Pauline Filippou, BS; Thomas Chi, MD, Amjad Alwaal, MD and Sarah Blaschko, MD. The poster, “A Visual Analog of the International Prostate Symptom Score is a More Accurate Tool in Assessing Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms in Men,” received Best Poster along with coverage in the AUA15 daily news brief.
