Hao Nguyen MD, PhD Wins Prostate Cancer Foundation Young Investigator Award

Hao Nguyen MD, PhD, Assistant Professor, Urology hasDr Hao Nguyen in clinic been awarded a Prostate Cancer Foundation Young Investigator Award.  The award, known as the YI Program was started in 2007. It recognizes work by early career scientists, typically under 35, and provides funding in 3-year investments to individuals whose skills and expertise have the potential to rapidly advance high impact discoveries that can be translated to clinical practice. As part of the YI program, awardees are mentored by leaders in prostate cancer research. Each award is matched dollar-for-dollar by the investigator's institution.
