What is the purpose of this study?

UC San Francisco invites patients from diverse backgrounds to participate in the Tools To Be Fit study.

The Tools To Be Fit study is a chance for researchers to learn what tools work best to help people like you eat well, exercise regularly, and lose weight (if weight loss is a goal of yours). The tools we are testing include text messages, apps, and health coaching from trained professionals over the phone.

This study is open to both women and men.

Participants who complete the study assessments will receive up to $50.
