DoD Health Disparity Award
Dr. Paris was awarded a DoD Health Disparity Award with Drs. Al Levin and Ben Rybicki at Henry Ford. This collaborative study will focus on identifying DNA based biomarkers of aggressive prostate cancer in African American men. The goal is to identify biomarkers that can that significantly add to established clinicopathologic recurrence risk prediction for this underserved population.
The project will commence this Fall.
