Dr. Carroll sees patients at the Mission Bay campus of the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center with a primary focus on surgery for prostate cancer and other genitourinary cancers. He is Principal Investigator on numerous studies and world renown for his work on Active Surveillance for the management of prostate cancer.

Dr. Baskin sees patients at the Mission Bay campus of the UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital with expertise in all areas of pediatric urologic surgical reconstruction and treatment. His lab has dedicated over 25 years to investigating the causes of congenital and acquired pediatric urologic diseases to advance prospects for cure and prevention.

Dr. Breyer is an internationally recognized expert in male genitourinary reconstruction, urogenital trauma and prostate cancer survivorship surgery. His clinical practice is based at UCSF-Parnassus Heights Campus. He is Vice-Chair of the Department of Urology and Chief of Urology at the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center. His research group is focused on outcomes in reconstructive urology and trauma and how to improve urinary and sexual wellness.

Dr. Chi sees patients at the Parnassus campus of UCSF and Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital with a primary focus on treatment of urinary stone disease, benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH), and patients in need of minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Chi’s lab focuses on studies to understand how kidney stones form and how to treat and prevent them more efficiently and effectively.

Dr. Cooperberg sees patients at the Mission Bay campus of the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center and at San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center with a primary focus on early detection, diagnosis, and management of genitourinary malignancy, and using minimally invasive techniques to treat them using robotic, laparoscopic, endoscopic, and percutaneous surgeries.
Associate Professor of Urology, Pediatric Urology Fellowship Director
Dr. Copp is a pediatric urologist who sees patients at the Mission Bay and Oakland campuses of UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals and satellite clinics in Greenbrae and Modesto. She is the principal pediatric urologist for the multidisciplinary UCSF Spina Bifida Clinic. She is also Co-Director of the Transitional Urology Program, a joint effort between UCSF Pediatric and Adult Urology to understand and care for young adults with congenital urologic conditions that will require long-term urologic care. Additionally, in 2018, she was named the Pediatric Urology Fellowship Director.

Dr. Feng sees patients at the Mission Bay campus of the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center. Dr. Feng is nationally known for his approaches of using molecular biomarkers to help guide or personalize radiation therapy for the diagnosis and management of genitourinary malignancies.

Dr. Fong sees patients at the Mission Bay campus of the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center in the genitourinary cancer and immunotherapy clinics. Dr. Fong has focused on cancer immunotherapy throughout his career and is widely known for his research on how the immune system interacts with cancer as well as developing tumor immunotherapies in both mouse models and in patients.

Dr. Greene sees patients at the Mission Bay campus of the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center. Her focus is the screening, diagnosis, and management of genitourinary malignancy with a special focus on minimally invasive surgery.

Dr. Hampson sees patients at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Parnassus and Mission Bay campuses for genitourinary reconstruction. She is also interested in redefining transitional urology care in order to improve the care of pediatric patients with congenital urologic problems who require further reconstruction and urologic care as adults.

Blelloch is a basic science researcher at the Parnassus campus of UCSF. His laboratory is interested in determining the molecular mechanisms that regulate stem cell differentiation and de-differentiation and how these mechanisms become deregulated in cancers such as prostate cancer.

Dr. Chan is a professor of epidemiology & biostatistics and urology. Her research focuses on understanding how diet, exercise, hormones, and genetics contribute to prostate cancer incidence, progression, and death.
Professor of Urology
Dr Dahiya is basic science researcher located at the San Francisco Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center. He is the principal investigator since 1991 on several NIH / VA / DOD large grants such as utilizing genetic biomarkers that can identify which localized prostate / kidney and bladder tumors are likely to progress, metastasize, or become fatal, and thus require more aggressive clinical intervention.

Dr. Gilbert is a basic science researcher located in the Helen Diller Family Cancer Research Center at the Mission Bay campus of UCSF. The Gilbert laboratory's expertise is in synthetic biology, functional genomics and cancer biology with a goal of finding new ways to model and overcome drug resistance in advanced prostate cancer.

Dr. Goodarzi is a basic science researcher located in the Helen Diller Family Cancer Research Center at the Mission Bay campus of UCSF. His multidisciplinary lab is focused on developing integrated computational and experimental strategies in order to uncover the underlying regulatory mechanisms that drive cancer progression and metastasis.

Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Ms. Arnhym sees patients at the Mission Bay campus of the UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital and at the Marin Clinic in Greenbrae. She is an expert in bowel and bladder dysfunction in otherwise healthy children co-authoring the “Guide to Treating Your Child’s Constipation, Wetting and Urinary Tract Infection” booklet.

Ms. Cabreira sees patients at the Parnassus campus of UCSF with a primary focus on female incontinence, urinary tract infections, pelvic prolapse, pelvic floor dysfunction, and female sexual health. She has a passion for women’s health, and aims to empower women with options and choices for improving and/or maintaining optimal quality of life.
Pediatric nurse practitioner
Ms. Champeau sees patients at the Mission Bay campus of UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital. Champeau is particularly interested in treating incontinence complicated by birth defects such as posterior urethral valve, bladder exstrophy, prune belly and neurogenic bladder as well as the urologic evaluation of children in need of a kidney transplant.

Ms. Cortese-Jimenez serves as a nurse navigator at the Mission Bay campus of the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center. She helps new genitourinary cancer and urological surgical oncology outpatients navigate the health care system and works with the entire team to ensure each patient receives the best possible care in a timely manner.
